Family

This should really be called "Zachary's Page" since it's all about him. Zachary is my son who was born on May 14th, 2004. He's a happy litte guy who is almost always in a good mood and has a very healthy appetite. Here's some of our favorite photo's of him. The most recent additions will always be on the top. He get's younger as you scroll down.

These photo's are mainly for the benefit of our family members that live all over the country. I tried to have a 'hidden' page but that was more hassle than it was worth.

I'm sorry if you're still using dial-up. There's a lot of photo's. Please be patient.

Here's Zachary playing with an airplane that was part of his huge play table and train set that he got on his second birthday. Another one here from later the same day as he 'smiles' for the camera.

It was hard to find a good picture of both Zachary and his cousin Leah from Easter. They are both hunting for easter eggs in the yard.

"What do you mean I'm not getting a pony for christmas?" Christmas was about 3 weeks after we moved into the 'new' house in Frisco.

We got some prints made of this one. It might be one of the last pictures we took in the 'old' house in Elk Grove. Courtney crochet this hat for him in about an hour.

Zachary was a cute little Giraffe on his second Halloween, 2005. He was kind of scared of the pumpkin guts at first but liked watching dad carve it up.

We went to Bishops pumpkin farm and let Zachary pick out his own pumpkin. We told him that if he could carry it to the car he could keep it. I think he was a little ambitious.

Zachary after his first 'official' haircut. We tried to cut his hair a few times before, but we needed some professional assistance this time. He was much better for her than he ever was for us.

Zachary and mom at the zoo.

Zachary with his great Oma and a good friend of the family at the bluegrass festival.

Zachary sitting in on a session in the studio.

Zachary is 14 months and can take a bath by himself now.

I won't post 2 pictures from the same thing usually, but here's Zachary playing in the sprinkler and Courtney and him after drying him off.

"That's right, it's my birthday! And I'll eat this whole cake with my bare hands if I want to."

Zachary trying out his 'rock star hair'.

Courtney doesn't like it when I post pictures of her. But this is a good one. Zach is 11 months old and we are in Davis for some parade.

Zachary and his cousin Leah playing in the pool.

Zachary playing with his poppy truck and one of the cats.

Zachary is rockin out on his Leap Frog drum.

"Is that a B or B flat? Which clef am I supposed to be reading again? Dad?? What's the difference between the white and the black keys again? Wait a second, I don't know colors yet, which ones are white? I'm so confused......"

Christmas 2004. "Yeah, it's a giant peek-a-block cube thingy! Just what I wanted! Thanks Grandma!"

It was cold outside, cold for California anyway, so we're all bundled up waiting for mom and the camera was just sitting there so I snapped a few real quick.

If you got a Christmas card from us in 2004 you'll recognize this photo.

Zachary and his cousin Leah in their Halloween costumes.

Just us boys playing around. I have to hold onto him pretty good.

Zachary first 'solid' food. If you can call rice cereal solid food.

Zachary is about 4 months old. He can't quite crawl yet so he plays on a blanket on the floor of my office.

Zachary is about 3 months old and is much better about taking baths.

Zachary doesn't particularly like the swing. This is one of the few times it worked.

Zachary is about a month old and looks so cute in his jammies. He is so small that almost everything is pretty big on him.

We're both a little tired.

Zachary getting his first bath. He likes the water, but not getting out.

Zachary on day 3. He's can kind of look around but doesn't have much control.

Zachary on day 2. He's so cute and sleeps a lot. He has to wear mittens because his tiny fingernails are razor sharp.

Zachary about an hour old. He was 100% healthy.

Courtney around 7 months. She'll kill me when she sees this. Good thing she doesn't know my passwords, hehe.
